That is a very poorly worded question. Are you trying to soak your hair, or hair of her doll? Are you sure that was not very clear. Bicarbonate Sodium is an alkaline product. It does not change color ... that can be harmful to hair if used too often, but not for the hair of her doll. The wrist has Plastic Hair ... is made that way, and you can not change it.
