What glue should I use to secure small wooden boxes of clothing?

Okay, so I have a case for my collection NES games, but the games move too in the case, so I made wooden boxes right size and painted black to match. The only problem is the back of the box than other games is a type of clothing fabric (with the wood behind the aid). But what glue should I use to secure the pieces wood so that the firm stand and not collapse? Hot Glue was thinking, cause it dries quickly, but do not think it strong enough. Maybe superglue? What do you suggest? My brother thinks Gorilla Glue, but I have never seen or tasted.
