What would you do if you were me?

m 30 and my work in this craft store, PID 8.60 per hour. I have like 22 hours per week? I used work in a clothing store, but I got into it with one of my stalls and I gave my notice and IETF, I worked there for four years. BTW-one of the mgrs Two. No more. Recently I've been thinking about going and asking my work could be applied in other depearment stores, but I wonder how much better it really? I do not really want to do more retail but the economy sucks and I need money .. People who are supervisors and project managers in general, can not increase or a promotion without the approval of higher ups. They can not fire without either the approval. As a rule, managers and directors can get raises and promotions and fire people without anyone's permission. Learning to get along with people is more important, with more jobs than the technical aspects of work.
