Looking INSTUCTIONS easy crochet covers for wire hangers?

My grandmother is looking for these. She has limited mobility and needs to be easy.

I used to cover the racks just before wrapping thread around the wire. There are some links below, the pattern is probably lionbrand the easiest, and I think the suspension of the heart is the most interesting. Hope that helps
