Scrapbooking question?

I wanted to do an album of my best friend to take to her 16th birthday. We have been friends for 12 years, So I wanted to make the center of the album. What I want is advice on how to make the book, ideas for designs, the elements to use and how really special. I am a beginner so any advice would be appreciated, especially the tips! Thanks in advance!

What a nice gift! Many photos of 2 over the years .. jokes, songs, etc. .. http://www.paperwishes.com has something called "ended in an instant" is like a kit that has everything you need and the responsibility of all. That was it together the way you want. Also, if you have some memory that is fairly flat, you can add that .. ticket stubs, etc. Make sure to put a good tape runner, not glue stick. All that will stick better. Go to a local craft store or paper Catalog loves. Enjoy and I know she'll love.
