Using a digital camera has its advantages and disadvantages. Even if technology makes things generally easier for us, there are still obstacles to jump. For my clients, it is keeping up with all the photos from your camera and computer. What is more likely to occur after taking tons of great vacation and family photos throughout the summer or during holidays? The photos will never leave the memory card from your camera or computer hard drive. Or if still as the 35mm camera / film (like me) printed photos will be considered at a time and then end up in a drawer or shelf. Most photographic prints end up in cardboard boxes, display boxes, or stacked randomly in a plastic container under a bed. Here are some tips for organizing your point to a picture-perfect plan:

 · Upload your photos stored on your unit on a monthly basis. Schedule your schedule one day a month (as per 1 or 30) to synchronize the device with your computer and remove the memory card from the camera.

 Then the next day of the month calendar to sort photos into folders on your computer labeled. Of This way you can refer to the special birthday celebrations, vacation, holidays.

 • Be specific, but in general. Make your specific labels for major events or holidays. But your doctor labels for photos by date. For example, if you have lots of photos of summer in the pool or local park just consolidate all summer Summer09 pictures in a folder.

 · These measures are designed to take a few minutes. If you're late on a basis of this monthly, the organization of images in computer files and synchronize your device with your computer will not take long. Here's where you wait 6 months or a year that the task becomes overwhelming.

 · Once the photos are printed, have a plan. Making that album, the farewell to the Christmas cards, or have an album void fill.

 · I recommend you find a brand, style, format and photo album that you really like. Then buy a bunch of them have on hand for pictures to come.

 · Last sure all your file storage process is not complicated. You are more likely to respond when there are fewer steps.
