Scrapbook Factory Deluxe 4.0 or Scrapbook MAX! that is the best software for digital scrapbooking?

I recently decided to increase digital scrapbooking. I have experience with Photoshop, but I think I use scrapbooking software to start the actual project. Today, I Scrapbook Flair, which is a free program consumption, but is somewhat limited. I've been watching and Scrapbook Factory Deluxe Scrapbook MAX! Both are fully functional programs that come with lots of extras. I want to know what is the best! Any DigiScrappers then use any of these programs? Why do you like? If you have both, do you prefer? Thank you!

I use Storybook Creator Plus from Creative Memories. It installs very similar to Photoshop, you should be very easy for you com. They have a free basic version can be downloaded from the web. The difference between this and much more with it again, you can start from scratch and add embellishments and changes with the free version of the pages are already designed and simply click and drag photos into the target areas.
