Yes, that would be fine, 3 days following points are clear enough as far as getting wet and washing them going. I would sure you keep your stitches if you are walking blindfolded around, however, just to make sure not to get caught in anything. As for spoiling your stitches will, there could be some things that could happen: can shatter that reopened the wound and be very painful and would bleed like that (this is why I do not want to get caught in anything, or allow to be beaten by anything). Another thing that could happen is too much dirt and bacteria can enter the wound and could become infected and even more swollen and begin to drain fluids unpleasant that's why we want to keep them clean.
