Scrapbooking question please help? question on parchment?

I'm making an album for my bday is tomorrow GFS. even bought some quotes romantic parchment and I have a problem .... how to apply them to the page? Someone told me to try rubbing with a pencil, but never helped. How do I put them on the page with nothing around the page too? seems stupid to have stuck there, but nothing happened with the package I bought was only quoted on vellum, how can I put on the page?

Most of them are rubbing. Place the document on the surface of a good level of hard and location of points where you want to be, and rub until letters of transfer. Try not to have more paper until you are sure that what you want to transfer. If no such instructions to call the place where purchased and check to see if they have suggestions particularly useful.
